  1. In Seattle and wouldn't you know it, I hit a Hero WOD with a couple of my favorite movements.

    BULL - 2 rounds of 200 DU's, 50 pullups, 50 OHS (135#) and 1 mile run.

    I halved it and scaled the OHS as I didn't want them to have to be there all night.

  2. My first day back after shoulder surgery one week ago. Sam had me doing weighted squats and hamstring work plus 100 calories on the AirDyne. Felt GOOD to be back.

  3. Did one leg squats 5X5. 150 calories on bike. Time was 9:? probably 9:51 but I can't remember for certain.
