  1. Since I'm "special," I'm doing special workouts. Yesterday, I did 100 GHD sit-ups, 100 back extensions and 100 hollow-rocks.

    Today, my specialness consisted of 5 rounds of 20 AirDyne calories and 20 walking lunges wearing 25 pound vest. 10:35.

    The 800 and the last box jumps were the worst. Sam and Parker, you wouldn't believe it...27 DU in a row.
