Since I'm "special," I'm doing special workouts. Yesterday, I did 100 GHD sit-ups, 100 back extensions and 100 hollow-rocks. Today, my specialness consisted of 5 rounds of 20 AirDyne calories and 20 walking lunges wearing 25 pound vest. 10:35.

Ryan and I loved Crossfit this morning! Thank you for your help. I agree with the above comment, the last box jumps were the worst, especially since I busted my shin.
I used to think I was good at pushups until the 80 hand release destroyed me. Good wod, I am humbled.25:23
