Maltese CrossFit Bootcamp


Bootcamp at Maltese CrossFit is perfect for anyone who wants a CrossFit booty, but has taken some time out of the gym, or even a novice, and would like some guidance and motivation to meet their athletic goals.

CrossFit is designed with functional movements that transfer to everyday activities. We are able to tailor each workout to suit everyone’s needs, no matter your fitness level, with great results.

Bootcamp is also great for off season athletes, marathon training, shedding stubborn baby weight, or just getting ready for swimsuit season.

We will help you meet your fitness goals by providing personalized workouts, BMI testing before and after, nutritional guidance, meal planning, and moral support.

Classes begin Monday, June 6, 2011 and will be weekly Monday, Wednesday, and Thursdays: 7 a.m. or 6 p.m. and lasts 1 hour.
