Back Squat - Week 3

Box Jumps - 5 x 20 - rest 1:30 - work on speed

400m run x 3 - rest 1:1 - try to keep all within 5 sec of each other

    box jumps 1:10 1:02, 1:00, :58, 1:00 I got distracted watching Smiley rock these!
    runs 2:28, 2:30, 2:29 Can't quite go as fast on rubber legs!

  2. Whitmeyer and I did this at 3.
    Box Jumps started at .47 and ended at .43 seconds. The runs were 1:15, 1:24, 1:26.

    We ran from the tire in the bay to the stop short line on Charlie...about 400 meters.

  4. So excited that I finally learned how to do consecutive box jumps today!! Started at 48 sec. and finished at 31. Runs 1:54, 1:47, 1:43
