    WOD time: 10:20 (15# dumb bells, 45# for push press). Wow, my shoulders were on fire!!

    WOD: Did something different, left arm still not cooperating.

    5 rounds
    Front squats 155# x 3 reps then sled push

    Wow! That sled is demonic. I was completely gassed afterwards. Unlike any other type of tiredness, wanted to crawl into a hole and die except I was too tired to move...
