Decided that since I had the day off I was going to sleep in. Since it was so beautiful outside I devised my own workout. 4 rds 25 pushups 25 situps 25 squats Run 400m 28:03. Did half the pushups from my knees ( those dang pushups are a nemesis!) Beautiful morning for a run
This was hard!! But it had its element of fun, I guess :) used 80# and 85# for front squats, did rope climbs X 4 (standing and working my way down to the ground and then back up--with straight legs)and then the row of course. Times were 2:49, 2:52, 3:30 (had to wait a few seconds, not sure what my time really would have been), and 3:03. Glad I didn't skip it even though it was really tempting to do so. Good job everyone at 4:00 pm workout, you all did awesome!
Double unders for Matt is like a new toy! Front squats 125. Times 2:44, 2:49, 2:44, 2:35 (or something close). Rope climbs are coming easier but I am not yet ready for no- legs.
