    for whatever reason, i cant do double unders with the jump rope i have... so i did 100 singles instead of 30 double unders

    did press strength wod 50, 55, 60x3
    The sled pushes were kinda fun. We have been watching the crossfit games on TV so it was fun to try it.

    Slams with 30# (50# is beyond my meager abilities).
    Sled pushes 30#, 50#, 40#. ( wimped out on the last push--I thought I had 3 more to go !
