Reinjured my leg squating heavy so did not finish. WOD 10:14, 4:55 Rx'd. First kipping pullups I have done since surgery. They felt great and I did them unbroken, amazingly!
Back squats for both deryk and I. 145 155 165 Deryk. 10:19 and 5:27. Rx Lori. 14:38. And 6:30. Blue band and all but 3 rds on knees. Still protecting back a little bit
