I'm disappointed that I will be out of town on the Saturday of the Hero WOD.
As I remembered criticizing Marla's squat form today, it made me think of this joke...

It also made me think of a saying which I'm definitely guilty of when it comes to talking about less than perfect squat form:
"the pot calling the kettle black!"
