We are starting the strength cycle this week. This is week 1. We are going to be doing the lifts Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Fridays. If miss a lift make sure and make it up.

    Wod 8 rds + 4 burpees. I can do the higher box, but I am not as fast at it. Good one!

  4. As I remembered criticizing Marla's squat form today, it made me think of this joke...

    How many CrossFitters does it take to change a light bulb?

    Three.

    One to do it in record time.
    One to film it.
    And one to complain about proper form.

    It also made me think of a saying which I'm definitely guilty of when it comes to talking about less than perfect squat form:

    "the pot calling the kettle black!"
