  1. Shoulder sore from last Friday's wod and blisters on my feet from 5K I ran yesterday (25:34) so I didn't do the press swod and I subbed 2.1 miles on the Airdyne for the run.

  3. Had to do 200 meter shuttles because of the gym setup at the school...5 1/2 rounds.

  4. 3 rounds plus 7 pull ups. ~5:30 for the run which is reasonably close to a 7:00 mile pave, my goal.
