Power Snatch - Technique work

Overhead Squats - 3-3-3-3-3  Rest 3-4 Min between

Run 400m x 4:  Rest 2 min  Keep all at same pace

  3. Couldn't make it in to any classes but I wanted Sam and Parker to know I was still alive. I did today's workout here at home. Didn't dare do OHS with my shoulder so I did Front Squats-3x85#; 3x95#; 3x105#; 3x110#; 3x110#. 4x400m run; 1:48, 1:45, 1:50, 1:50.
