  1. This was a good one for sure. rd one 2:20, rd 2:40, rd 3 2:43 and rd 4 2:34, unbroken pullups are the key to a good time on this one.

    Agree with Mimi on the pullups but boy, is it hard to crank out burpees when you're tired!
