  1. 6 rounds+ 30 du's+8 snaches. I have decided that I like snaches. I did this wod twice for sectionals and have improved each time, sectional score was 5 rounds + ??

    Run 400 meters
    145 pound Deadlift, 20 reps
    20 Push-ups
    145 pound Deadlift, 10 reps
    10 Push-ups

    33:42---Brutal. It seems a lot easier to just learn the power snatch so I don't have to go elsewhere for WODS when the snatch comes up.
