6 rounds+ 30 du's+8 snaches. I have decided that I like snaches. I did this wod twice for sectionals and have improved each time, sectional score was 5 rounds + ??
Five rounds for time of:Run 400 meters145 pound Deadlift, 20 reps20 Push-ups145 pound Deadlift, 10 reps10 Push-ups33:42---Brutal. It seems a lot easier to just learn the power snatch so I don't have to go elsewhere for WODS when the snatch comes up.
3 1/2 rds. the snatches were ok, however the double unders kill me...
