-Perform a plyo push up by placing one hand on a 45 lbs plate and other hand on the floor, perform an explosive push up that allows you to transition the hand on the floor to the hand on the plate and repeat.
Wow! Feeling my shoulders today! Gotta love coming back.

Special WOD consisted of Windshield wipers, Hip thrusters (25-30-40) and Tabata Bottom to bottom squats
ReplyDeleteMimi tried to trick me into thinking I was supposed to do strict pullups on small green band-not!!! As it was 13:21 red band and I joined you Lori in knees for pushups. Enjoy being special for a little longer, Jef because at the rate you're going it won't be for much longer. Did we all find enjoyment in no wall for the balls?
