  1. Wonderful workout. Since i am still shoulder-delayed, I subbed 20 box jumps 30" for the pull-ups and 30 back extensions on the GHD machine for the push-ups. Then I did the sit-ups and squats as RX'd. My times ranged from a fast of 4:09 (last round) to 5:08 (second round).

  2. Well, as I searched for adjectives "wonderful" did not come to mind. I think Doc is bit on the masochistic side.

    It definitely got my attention.

  3. Maybe Doc meant it was wonderfully over and he survived? After 44 or 46 minutes and some seconds wonderful didn't come to mind either. I was hopeful that there would have be a time cut off today.
