ah!! we did this one last week! 80# 1 band but hand to go to 2 bands in the late rounds. time was around 17 mins I think. definitely need to work on sitting back on my heels for the front squats. Looking forward to Sam coming in town and kicking my form in shape...but I'll kick is butt on the golf course!
One arm thrusters. Started with 35 pounds, ended with 53 pounds. 6 rounds of 10. Then 20 GHD situps X 5 rounds with 90 seconds rest between each. I did them all unbroken, which means I am making progress. Finally , 5 X 10 of Glute Ham work.

ReplyDeletethe pullups were all w/o a band, but seriously the hardest ever. i really need to work on them more often. time was like 22 or 23 min.
