  3. For strength work: Hip thrusters 10 reps X 5. 95-115-115-125-125.
    This is the first WOD I have done since my shoulder surgery exactly 6 weeks ago today. Of course, I scaled:
    20 lbs renegade rows and only 1/2 pushups. 9:56.
