  2. ya'll can thank the 5:30 early birds for the change in the wod. Sweet Julia had it written amrap in 20 minutes! We had to call her on it or there would have been dead bodies all over the floor. Today wasn't her day for numbers. Godspeed, Nate. You will be in our hearts at every wod. We send you off as a true Maltese Crossfit Champ.
