  1. had to wod alone today, got up to 95# on snach, need to work on speed otherwise snach balance looks more like an overhead squat. WOD 6:03, pullups were not fun after snach balance work.

  2. Well Doc, I always knew you were tougher than me. I only made it to my third sprint before I pulled up lame (tweaked a hammy).

    And then to top things off I moved to the GHD machine because I still had a little fight left in me and promptly tweaked my back!

    Good grief! I'll be in the infirmary if you need me. I don't know if I have enough ice in my house for all of my injuries... :-(

  4. Didn't make it in but did my own WOD. Ran 400 m; 10 push ups, 20 squats, 30 sit ups; Ran 400m, 10 push ups, 20 squats, 30 sit ups; Ran 400 m, 10 push ups, 20 squats, 30 sit ups; Ran 400 m. The end. :)

  5. wod was pretty good. 9:18 rx. caught matt bond by 3 seconds. loved it. maybe there is a little competiveness left in me :)
