  1. Well I hate missing the Filthy Fifty but I did get to watch several set personal records! congratulations Cort, Jen and Mimi (and anyone else I missed). I did my "Special WOD," which today consisted of squat jumps, lunge jumps and sled pulls (backwards), 4 rounds followed by 3 rounds of ab work.

  2. 34:04 - Cruising right along until the K2E socked me right in the gut (literally). Built a little mo' with PP and extensions and then burpees and DU's - tough. My arms refused to work right on the DU's.

    My first time, definitely room for improvement.

  3. 33:10, and i wrote "rx" on the board and got home and remembered that i cant do double unders... so not "rx" but still a pr. i have never finished before the 36 min cutoff, so i'm happy.
