    My son and his wife are expecting their third child.He called to tell me some of the girl names they were thinking of. Elizabeth reminds me of sweat. Nicole reminds me of rubber bands. Fran makes me throw up. Good luck, son with a name. Pam

    food: avocado, lara bar, broccoli, chicken breast, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, cauliflower, banana, almond butter, apple, watermelon, cantaloupe....

    5 rounds +75 m 63 pullups. 1 round and about and about 30 more pullups than last time I did this one.

    Food- peaches, almonds, turkey salad vin/oil dressing crab/shrimp salad with seasoned chicken and onions.
