    135, 185F, 155, 175, 185, 190.

    Squats aren't my strength. Now being a regular pain in the a**, that's a different story.

  3. right there with Cody. Today wasn't my best squat day. I did skill work with 146 on each set.

    food today
    bananas, almonds, lettuce wraps with turkey, roast beef mushrooms and vin/oil dressing. salad with turkey, roastbeef, mushrooms, carrots, vin/oil dressing and carrots'
