    This was grueling and I haven't made those weird sounds since being on the delivery table. As I finished I noticed Sarah and thought of the broad spectrum of people we are at Cross Fit;soon to be bride, doctor, student, hairstylist, teacher, mother,young man joining the army, fire fighter,probably more I don't know about.   7. Came down with a dang cold complete with body aches so I slept in this morning.

    Food: bananas almonds roast beef apples plums roast beef and mushrooms w garlic

    Didn't feel good enough to eat today
