  5. 28:40--a 5 minute improvement from the 33:something I ran in early May. Also, yesterday's pull-up/burpee workout was a repeat. In February, my time was 9:44. Yesterday, I did 5:35. Thanks Sam and Parker! Crossfit is working for me!

  6. Jeff, That is an awesome improvement!
    My time today was 33:08. That is almost a 6 minute improvement from when I did it almost 2 months ago. Im very excited about my time.

    I'm so sad I didn't have my GPS for directions to Freeman Park. I look forward to this run again and it looks as if all of you were blowing smoke! Pam

  10. After getting up this morning and realizing that my ankles and feet did 8 miles yesterday, I figured that the 5k wasn't the best option. I am going to try to run it this weekend.

    Food:
    bananas, almonds, apple, lettuce wrap w roast beef turkey mushrooms spinach, applesause (unsweetened) pears broccoli mushrooms garlic stirfry in olive oil w roastbeef

  11. Good job everyone! I tried ohs the other day with 45# ya didn't work out so well.. I've been doing some pushups, squats and situps in between my triple shifts..as soon as work slows down a little I will be in a lot more often
