Overhead squats and I are definitely not friends. I only got the 15 lbs done. Need to work on my shoulder flexibility. Double unders are going much better. Got a pr of 21.

17:24, did 75# ohs. i really like them. they are fun, the double unders, though getting somewhat better, are my "arch nemesis" (thats what you called them, right Sam?!)
23:23 (65#) double unders took up about 3/4 of my time... really need to work on those!!
