  2. 13:01 using 75lbs. OHS definitely not my strength. On the other hand, my double unders are improving! I even snapped off 11 in a row.

  4. Overhead squats and I are definitely not friends. I only got the 15 lbs done. Need to work on my shoulder flexibility. Double unders are going much better. Got a pr of 21.
