21 burpee tire jump thrus [per person]
run 400 m [per person]

each team member must complete each phase before anyone moves on to the next.

  1. 31:34 competing with Cortney and Cam. Tough, long WOD. Add 'em up--168 24-inch jumps in this work out! I was especially impressed with Cort, who did all 168 jumps at the "guy height" of 24 inches.

  4. Beautiful weekend of rest. Oh did my body need it.

    Sat Food: apples salad w vin/oil chicken ground beef apples unsweetened applesause

    Sunday food: apples roast salad x shrimp cabbage carrots turkey

    Went to a family get together. Amazing what people eat! Not much there for me :)
