    Why is it that the worthwhile things in life and all other good things are the hardest things to do and maintain? All the bad habits in our lives are so easy to fall back on.     I forgot to mention how exhausted I was after today's workout. I got in the car and started driving home. The car wasn't shifting and was making that funny noise when it won't shift. I need to go faster, I thought, to make it shift. I burried the gas pedal to 50mph and then it sounded worse and still not shifting. Looking down at the gear shifter, I was in L for low! Holy cow. I whipped it into D for drive. I have never made that mistake before! Pam

  5. 15:32 had to go down to 135# to maintain form. Very exhausting. Very humid in western washington today. Half an hour after my workout and I'm still sweating.

  8. 14:30 for me with 95#, not too bad after 4 days off. I also really liked this wod. I thought 7 rounds would totally suck, but it wasen't so bad. Looking at everyones posts, I think I should have gone up in weight since I did not seem to be as exhausted as everyone said they were, next time I guess.
