    looked up the meaning of Angie:giving physical pain,hard to bend or stretch. I've got both symptoms now after 44:14. Pam

  5. Well I definitely walked in with a big mental block against this one. My last meeting with 100 pullups didn't go so well. (remember my picture of my hands?) so I was so nervous about it I almost didn't go. However, I overcame it and actually did the pullups in about 10 minutes. The pushups were the hardest. Overall it wasn't as bad as I thought and the hands had a few little sores but I made it! 30:52
