10 front squats  155/95
80 m sprint
20 burpees

front squats must be cleaned from the ground.
set a cone at 40 meters.  run there, touch it, and run back.

  5. I need to amend my comment. This one was much worse since we were trashed. Not that it would have been easy, but it was extremely harder than if we wouldn't have had Angie the day before. (Is that better Sam?)
