Pretty fun little work out. I could not do Push Presses due to shoulder issues and so did wall ascents instead. I don't think they are any easier. My time was 14:something. We had lots of players at 11:30, enough for two heats, and it was fun to watch Nate throw around the full 155 Rx weight, probably close to what he weighs!
Sorry about throwing the jump rope after that last round of 75 double unders. I was low on oxygen, water and just basically pissed. 20:10 45#
