  3. Pretty fun little work out. I could not do Push Presses due to shoulder issues and so did wall ascents instead. I don't think they are any easier. My time was 14:something.
    We had lots of players at 11:30, enough for two heats, and it was fun to watch Nate throw around the full 155 Rx weight, probably close to what he weighs!
