    amrap 7. 7 rds (65#) that is the most weight I have attempted. It was hard but felt really good to start getting my weigh limits back up.
    Epic fail on the rope climb. Needed more time to learn how to use my feet.
    Amrap 5 3rds + 11 lunges. Subbed pullups for the rope climb.
    I liked the variety of today. It was fun to do different things.

  2. I am glad to be back in town and back Crossfitting tomorrow!
    While gone, I went to 5B Crossfit in Hailey and did this WOD:
    AMRAP 12 minutes
    5 burpees
    10 sit-ups
    15 squats
    (11 plus up to 8 squats for me)
    Then
    Deadlift 225lbs 3 reps X 10
