  1. finally get to post a Maltese WOD came home yesterday but before I did so I did yesterday WOD 7 + 4 pullups #35 and modified ring push ups. All I have to say is Mimi, Emily and Sarah you are alot of fun, you pushed me to keep up...Julia 8+ that's my girl (or maybe that more like Dad) The gym looks great, was fun to meet the few I did, good to see Parker and Sam you always have a constructive word. Its because of you I'm feeling so good I hope I made you proud,because we are proud of the both of you. A bit of advise for all...never take the shuttle to Salt Lake 5+ hr ride and missed my flight by 5 mins. take care all ssee ya next year!

    wod 10:51 2 pood kb. The kb swings very tough for me, definitely on my list of least favorite movements. The good doctor was awesome, he handles the kb like they are tinker toys.
