  3. Hit The Lab today in Seattle and wouldn't you know it they focused on my biggest weakness: Shoulders! Good thing I checked my ego at the door.... :-)

    2 power snatches, 4 OHS, 2 neck jerks. Alternated with a partner for 20 minutes

    WOD - 4 single leg DL 1.5 pood R/L, 4 KB snatch 1.5 pood R/L, 4 double squat wall balls
    AMRAP 10 min

    3 or 4 movements that I had never done before. Humbling to say the least.

  4. Boy this one brought back memories. We did this one last year in the rain.
    Lori 7:38 (50#) Most weight I have done since getting hurt. Was very excited.

    Mike, I heard you did awesome today. Amazing how far you have come since doing this workout last year. You have progressed so much! Great job!
