    did farmers carry with a 45lb plate in each hand dont have kettle bells yet.

    I did this behind 2's.
    I used 50# dumbells and a 24 inch box.
    The hang power cleans were my weakness.

    Today I ate:
    3 eggs, tomato, spinach.
    Tuna, tomato, avocado, red pepper, sprouts.
    Larabar.
    Chicken, shrimp, brocolli, cauliflower, peppers, onion, lettuce, tomato, sprouts and avocado.

    Tonight in my dreams I will eat 2 large brown cows.
