  1. I ran a 5:59 mile. I ran pose around station 1. My calves are really sore.
    I rested 7 minutes as rx per Harmer.
    Then I did a 9:02 on the KB stuff. I used a 52 lb dumbell and a 24 inch box. That hurt a lot more than I was expecting.
    Good WOD.

  2. I had a goal (on the wall, even!)of an 8:00 mile. Ran it in 8:07. Close.
    The kettlebell challenge I found very hard. 14:40.

    11:57 on the kb challenge at 35#.
