    82 push ups.
    Still don't have a stupid jump rope, so
    105 tuck jumps.

    I guess I'll break down and buy one.

  3. i did fran today. was backpacking when she came calling. first time meeting her, and wow, she was rough. 8:05 of pain. im a tard and did my first set of thrusters as clean and press's. still getting used to the names of lifts.

    Balls to the wall, how's a girl to handle it? I did 42, push ups 52, jump rope 350 but they were singles. Did you all know that Parker and Sam believe in repentence? My food score is on the moon but they told me to be sorry and climb back on the wagon. Love those guys sometimes! Pam

  5. Wow this morning was a doozy. Practiced Knees to elbows, getting better at them.
