  2. I didn't have a tire today so I did 100 burpee-pullups.

    16:58.

    I ate 3 eggs, 2 tomatoes, 1 avocado, 1 can of rinsed tuna, almonds, walnuts, cashews, seared tuna steak, english cucumber, and a grapefruit. My abs are liking this diet. My large intestine wonders sometimes.

    Food

    ham omelet w mushrooms. (I forgot ham was on the point list when I ordered it.) 50pts
    honey dew and strawberries.

    Homemade marinara sauce (I was so proud of myself) with mushrooms onions, chopped tomatoes, eggplant over chicken

    bananas, almonds, pluots, peaches

    Total 50pts, running total 100 pts

  4. team workout with jamie, amanda and me. (great job jamie! you didnt puke and you stuck in there) 35 total tire flips.
    so the wod was...
    5 tire flips, then one teammate at a time would pull the sled ( not the kind for hills and snow, mimi) 50m, while the other 2 did burpee-tire jumps. it was fun.
