    Today highlighted the greatest thing I have learned probably my whole life. I am able to do more than I thnk I can. Thanks to all of your encouragement and Sam and Parker not caring about my excuses. I just hope I haven't learned this lesson too late. I want to do more. Except my arms really do hurt, Sam.
    Whatever that little bar weighs plus 35#. Pam

  7. Sore shoulder put me out of overheads. Did kb squats instead with 35#.
