    It must have been a good one because it kicked my butt! The run in the snow at the end was fun (well not really) Doc and I were back and forth throughout and I thought Ryan was going to catch me even though he started 3 min behind me.

  4. At least you all didn't get double whammy for my birthday. That would have been really bad.
    Back has been tight so I didn't deadlift.
    Modified wod 29:49. Modified a few exercises for my back. Our run was actually nice. It was warmer at 530 am.
