  1. 205x6. 7:47 (I think) on the row/run. It was very pleasant running in the sunshine, though I could not catch Brandon.
    A year ago, when I started Crossfit and began running in the spring, I had to re-learn how to run! I had literally not run for over 25 years. Running was awkward and stiff. Now I feel great running. Running is one of my favorite things we do. It is yet another nice bonus that Crossfit has given me!

    8:30, running was also great for me, I definitly like it more than I did the row, it went by a lot faster. Way to go Doc, you kicked my butt!
