    Those going to Boise need to go experience Parma at least once in their life.

    Burpees=not excited

  2. Workout was slow and sluggish today. Like I was wearing a lead weight. I found out what does and doesn't work for off day nutrition.

  6. Mike is even stronger than he admits. He did not do push-press. He did a strict press of 145 lbs 3 times. I was standing right there!
    I did the Master's WOD #7 which was 12 minutes: 1000 meter row and then AMRAP of 7 pullups/ 7 push press 85lbs. I did 108 reps. I dropped the bar once and that cost me at least a couple of reps. Thanks Sam for pushing me and the encouragement!
    Unfortunately, I will probably not go to Boise for a weekend work-out, though it sounds fun!

  8. 7@45#; 10 min; got a flyer in the mail today with this heading: "Ditch the Workout, Join the Party! Zumba Fitness." Can't imagine those words coming from the mouths of Sam or Parker. So, thanks you guys for putting us through the paces and really making a difference.
