  1. Wow! This one pushed some limits. Was glad to do some (very) weak knees to elbows since the shoulder injury. They were very slow.

    I prefer beef, but I definitely eat more chicken.

    Chicken and Beef. Yum, but I'd choose a juicy steak over chicken most days :)

  3. 20:23, this was a tought one, have never been so glad to do burpees before.
    I usually do more turkey than ckicken, although a juicy steak is always the way to go.

    My shoulders hurt! Dang! I did ring knees to elbows. This was a very hard one for me. Only made it through 9 rounds. 65#
    Beef or chicken. Not a huge fan of either, I prefer fish and turkey.

  6. Very difficult. only finished 7 rounds, I had a hard time catching my breath. i would like to try this again down the road. Beef steak all the way

    Chicken...I like a good steak and some stir fry beef...but I eat a lot more chicken.
