  3. 270x6 deadlift. 15:11 I had to scale all but the first two sets down to 95# definately an area of weakness for me.

    Haven't been to the gym for two weeks and it showed today.

    SWOD: 105 (3), 115 (3), 125 (5)
    WOD 95 (10), 95 (9), 85 (8), 80 (7 down to round 1) and could only manage pullups after first six rounds. Time: 21 minutes.

    There are those who do the rx workouts, and then there are those who are a little more open to creativity (aka, cheating). Today I exercised my "openness."
