    I am not going to lie, I wasen't excited for this wod, 5 rds of rowing with box jumps in between, but I think I finally have a handle on rowing, hoping anyways, happy with this wod.

  6. Good WOD, bad execution by me. Gotta keep working on those #%@* double unders. Way too much time on those. I like the box jumps, though.

    Probly need to look into the mobility WOD's, hard to do the OHS when you are stiff as a board! Thanks for your patience, Julia.
