  1. I would rather see short rows and long runs. I need to check the website, I was ready to go at 525 this morning. Headed over to the Y. Working at 4 after school today.

  4. 7 Rds plus 18 squats. I tried to keep up with Jen but she beat me by 11 squats in the end. Rowing is harder than running for me. Both are great. I like the way that Crossfit integrates both into the work outs. I think it should be 50-50 rowing and running which is perfect for us in Idaho--we run in the summer and row in the winter!

    Was so sore after squating went to see Bodies at the museum to see what the heck I had done to myself. It ain't pretty! By the way, I was totally oblivious to the fact that all of us will be doing a sectional workout. I thought it was only for those hard core people. I'm bummed.

  6. I worked out at cf tacoma today. We did 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 rep rounds of ring rows oblique extentions and v sitips. Not for time. I'll do my deadlift tomorrow.

  7. I agree on the 50/50 rowing and running in winter and summer. although i am better at rowing. i hope to like running this summer. today's score was 6 rds + 8 kb swings. deadlift was 238x2. Thanks for doing the math to load the weight Sam! Cort and i were brain dead :) And i've been practicing flexing my muscles!

  8. Running! because you cant run indoors, can't wait to get outside! Rowing and bike seem to burn up my legs fast, I like to run. I did sectional snach stuff, doing good on snach balance.
    6 rds+22 squats, my lower back hated my by min 8. Kept pace with Nate first two rounds, which may have been my downfall, I was spent after that, good job Nate the animal!

    Running for sure, but, rowing works different muscles and is alot harder. Running seems to be way easier in my opinion. I love to run, havent in so long. Can't wait to see how crossfit has helped my running. Now this stupid snow just needs to go away.
