  4. I am so in!! I am like Steph, I need the motivation to start eating completely right again. (plus it would give me the excuse to get new cute summer clothes :)

    Master's WOD #8:
    1 Rep max thruster: 160
    1 rep max Power snatch: 125
    Todays WOD: 4 rounds plus 20 box jumps. I should have gotten to 5 rounds.
    Paleo: I liked Paleo so much the first time we did the challenge that I have more-or-less eaten Paleo ever since--with some modifications. Let's go!

  7. I am still tired from this one. 4 rds plus 17 box jumps. I wanted to finish that round so bad. I'm in for Paleo if Julia will put on recipes and have cooking classes for us!! I'm actually craving her chicken alfredo right now! YUM!!
