  1. 38:40, i think... fun wod, really long one. team:Cam, Matt and me. we did 15 suicide runs, 300 m (i think) of OH lunges, 300 jumping pullups, 3000 m row.
    side note- i noticed that i started my wod journal a year ago, amazing changes i have made since then...theres been lots of times i have really suprised myself with how much i could do and how strong that i have gotten. so thanks sam, parker and especially julia, who started with me in the Harmer's garage.

    Sam is an animal. i'm glad we teamed up. i feel bad for Doc and his hamstring. hope he get's better soon. that was one hell of a WOD. it was great.
