    front squats
    1,1,1,1,1,1,1

    135#, 145, 155, 165F, 165F, 160, 165.
    This is the first time I've gone for a max on front squat. Next time I'll attempt to lift some weight.

  2. The "Mystery WOD" was especially fun. Team of 5 (Emily, Julia, Cort and Matt Bond and me). Part 1, As a Team:
    200 Burpees
    200 Double Unders
    200 Pull ups
    200 24" Box Jumps
    Rest 3 minutes
    Part 2, again as a team
    20 Deadlifts (315 lbs)
    20 sled pulls
    400 meter run.
    This was not only a good work out, but an IQ test as well--figuring out the most efficient way to accomplish each task.

    I failed the IQ test part.
