50 walking lunges
50 knees to elbow

50 back extensions

50 double unders

  1. 33:13. This is a 4 minute improvement from last time...and I did DUs for the first time in the filthy fifty.

    All I have to say is...K2E, wallballs, and burpees. You know what I mean.

  2. I'm just wondering if there is such a thing as an adralin rush in crossfit and if there is when does it kick in? I didn't feel it for 36 min and 2 burpees.pam

  3. 29:44. (subbing GHD sit-ups for K2E to save my shoulders). This is a 5 minute improvement on my last time--so I am very pleased!

  5. Finished the sucker! I was stoked. 35:42. That was my goal. Now I can work on improving the smaller areas like wall balls, and K2e. Thanks guys for everything.

  6. 10 double unders at 36 min. finished at 39:35 big improvement from time before.. only got to 9 burpees the first time. so next time i will finish!

  9. it was the filthy 50, thats pretty much all that needs to be said...got through 41 burpees at the 36:00 mark.
