  1. This was the first time I have ever been to a cross fit workout. It feels like I have a rock in the bottom of my foot and two boulders where my bum used to be. Susan Galloway

  3. 13:44. I still need to work on my Burpee form. And my squat form. Oh . . . and my running ( I ran three rounds and rowed two). Oh yeah, my rowing as well . . .

  4. Pam and Susan you both did great this morning. My goal was sub 15. I got 14:40. Deryk got 12:04. Burpees are hard with a sore shin and knee. It is getting better. I did hit it a few times. Gotta love a box jump crash and burn. :) Good but hard workout week.
